ist is the band in which I spend most of my time when not working. We are a group consisting of four full-time members and a varying number of guests on a wide-ranging and often exciting variety of instruments and/or other skills.

We are currently preparing our third full studio album for release, as well as planning the supporting UK tour. This album has been put together with the kind of care and attention that the band could only have dreamt of for the first two albums, and has been made in some of the best studios London has to offer and with the highly skilled craftmanship of legend and producer Jay Burnett at the helm.
